It all depends on the situation. If its the first thing to really upset me in a few days, I think I can handle things. However, if its one of those times in your life and the roller coaster of life keeps bashing you with little things", I tend to blow quicker. It seems like I can handle the big stuff, its the overload of the little things all at once that I seem to lose my temper on.

It depends a lot on the consequences of losing my temper.

If it is someone that does not have any power over me and it is an excessively stupid reason, not very long.

If it is a cop and I would be running the risk of going to jail, quite a bit longer.

If it is my boss, and I run the risk of losing my job, a whole lot longer.

Quite long I guess.I'm very impulsive and explode quickly,and are even faster to completely forget what has passed and move on to something else.But I'm really learning to control myself and found out that I'm capable of holding my anger inside till it passes.

Not nearly long enough it seems. But I'm improving, the dog doesn't hide under the couch anymore.

i'm able to in no way carry my temper.. as quickly as something irritates me, i purely burst 2 tears good away.. i dont say undesirable words.. i dont curse people. as quickly as I get mad, i purely save quiet & cry till my eyes run dry yet sometyms, as quickly as I dont wana cry, i breath & count quantity slowly one million - 10.. via d tym i attain 5, i've got confidence alot greater desirable
