Poor education will lead to poor knowledge of nutrition, thereby leading to an increased chance of obesity.
The same can be said about smoking, this leading to cancer and heart disease.
Low income usually also results in poor diet, see above.
Poor income areas tend to have worse health facilities, leading to the late diagnosis of disease.
In the UK, there are few dentists who now work in the NHS, therefore dental services are scarce, leading to dental and hygiene problems. In England and Wales, eye tests are no longer free, leading to reading problems and late diagnosis of eye disease.

Inequality will mean that people are living in poverty. the outcome of this is likely to be increased risk of heart disease (due to poor diet etc), Increased risk of lung cancer( Higher percentage of smokers) and stress
