Sometimes I feel embarrassed by our President, because he poorly represents us. Other than that, I don't feel overly proud or embarrassed. In fact, the only time my patriotism rears its head is when others attack our nation and I defend it. No fourth of July barbecue, no nothing.

We should all be proud to be Americans even if we don't agree with the the government or the direction the presidents take us. What is good about American is our freedom and weather you like a president, congress, etc... does not matter. We are diverse and not everyone person is forced to like or dislike anything about our country. Our country was built on that and we should all be Proud Americans Everyday.

I'm proud to be an American. But just like with any family there members and moments you're not proud of. But I know there is no where else I'd rather live.

I am proud to be an American.I served my country during Viet Nam and I support our troops today.Yes I fly my flag for the world to see and if any one challenges me to take it down there is a "knuckle sandwich" waiting on them.
So yes I'm proud.
