First no that is obsurd.
Second, there is nothing wrong with communism as an ideology... in broad strokes it just means lets share things equally so that no one is too hardly done by and every body pulls their wieght.

On the flips side the capitalist view is more like:
Lets allow the strong and greedy to hoard as much as they like and keep the vast majority of people running on the debt treadmill which people rarely escape....

Capitalism works better because it uses greed and fear to fuel the economic system.... and every body can be easily motivated if they know that the fickle ecconomic system or their job or income or whatever could colapse at any moment and they could be starving to death or out on the street ETC.....
