Scrubs is number one!! then I'd have to say my name is earl, the office really isn't that great this season and the Simpsons are starting to go downhill as well.

SEINFELD reigns supreme my friend. You have a long fruitless search ahead of you. I suggest you buy the box set and start at season one and work through- CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM comes pretty close, like a grumpy older brother

SINCE TONY SHAHLOUB HAS WON TWICE NOW PLAYING MONK IN THE COMEDY SECTION, I PICK "MONK" MY FAVORITE SHOW NO MATTER WHAT CATEGORY YOU WOULD ASK.
ALSO U.S.A. NETWORK HAD A SHOW CALLED "PSYCH" THAT I WAS WATCHING JUST BEFORE WE MOVED. I HOPE THEY BRING IT BACK.
