hehe, Its whatever you yourself believe it to be in actuality. Otherwise, the whole would certainly state that the earth is round because it can be circumnavigated. I would hope the earth round, or we have some serious mathematical problems to deal with. No doubt, airline companies and shipping companies are going to be SOL lol when they find out the world isn't round (or irregular).

Not trying to be smart, but if you mean earth, it really is round to a certain extent. Being that it has so many things on it and growing out of it, it is not round. But if you mean world, that word pretains to the society of people.

no the earth is in fact like an orange for example . this is to mantain gravitational pull and magnatic force of the earth.yjis is semi flat at the poles but for a smaill area.

Do you mean the shape of earth?..........The earth is not exactly spherical in shape.It is slightly bulged at equator and flattened at poles.The shape of the earth like objects are truly defined by the word "Geoid".
