Cotton underwear helps your pubic area "breath" so it doesn't keep sweat and bacteria trapped. Try switching just for a couple weeks to see if everything clears up.

I had a similar problem a few months back. I couldn't seem to get rid of it! I told my sister about it, who is a nurse. She told me to try iodine. Sure enough, it did the job. I just used it once a day after I got out of the shower, and it has never come back. Hope this works for you. Good luck.

i hope this helps. try using DOVE sensitive skin soap. its fragrance free. where white cotton panties with unscented panty liners by CARE FREE. on areas where you're itching and inflammed use mycelex, monostat 7 something like that but do not insert this cream into the birth canal. ok do not take baths but showers! last maybe you and your partner should see the doctor. what you do don't not use douches, feminine care washs, and stuff like that! this will make it worse.

try getting a feminine wash that is meant specifically for that area..and yes cotton underwear would be better as it is breathable. also try changing your underwear more often
