Please see my previous question about Anne Heche and Ellen Degeneres, Do you believe that if a celebrity (who knows the public is watching thier every move) should do something untasteful and expect it to remain private? Celebrities knowingly give up a portion of thier privacy and get paid WELL to boot....reality is, it sucks, but it is REALITY....Do you agree or disagree?

I am just living in reality here, if you are a movie star and you get arrested for soliciting a prostitute, people are going to find out....if you want people to believe you are straight, when you really are gay....and you knowingly go out in public with a gay person, you are going to be assumed to be gay and if your gay lover says "yep, that's my gay lover" you should have expected this would happen, I am not saying its right....it IS INDEED WRONG...but society is sick and wants to know all those things about celebrities.

I agree with you. these people want to public to notice them...so they become rockstars, comedians, actors etc....but they expect the attention to be on the talent and not their personal lives. People wanna know everything about them, what they wear, who they ******, their favorite food, even what their farts smell like....because they are famous. they are idolized people wanna be them....so they wanna know about them. Celebs know that no matter how much they try they will never have complete privacy especially in their love lives...Al though I dont agree with the flagging the celebs to take pics of the kids (becasue the kids didn't ask for this life, they were born into it.) Celebrities must realize that they are under a microscope and will be watched...they know that coming in....and if they are so mad about it, they need to stop doing stupid ****. because they will be scrutinized. Its ok for Jane Doe to be married 3 times, then become a lesbo, but not ok for j.Lo (just an example) because no one knows nor cares Jane Doe, but everyone knows who J.Lo is and they wanna know EVERYTHING about her.

Yes I do believe celebrities pay a price for being a celebrity. I didn't read you previous question, however, like you said reality is just that. There is no way any human being is going to be perfect all the time. Why? Because they are human and expect someone not to do something that you would consider "distasteful" because there is a camera around them 24/7. They (celebrities) are human and are just as frail as us (non-celebrities) and fall into the same traps we; more so even because of the pressure of who they are and whom they are expected to be. They are not role models and stop looking at them in that way. I say be your own role model. If you expect someone to live a certain way or be a certain way, live by a certain code of ethics and honor why do you do it. A good example is the best sermon.

I never believed Anne Heche was gay. After breaking it off with Ellen, Anne got married and had a kid so her fling with Ellen may have just been experimentation. Celebrities will act with dignity and have nothing to fear from the Press if that's their behavior in real life. If they're caught with prostitutes or cheating etc, they would be doing that even if they weren't famous. Many celebrities have long careers and you never hear one hint of scandal about them.

Apart from the mass amounts of money I feel bad for celebreties. They do what they love but because of the industry they are followed meticulously. Just imagine you are a Mechanic, youl love being a mechanic but you cannot get a moment of privacy unless you are in your own house. That is just brutal...saying that they should expect it but I don't believe it should be like that. Unfortunately the general public loves to escape reality by reading about others lives.
