LEave the freezer closed to preserve the temperature as long as possible.
Consider getting a generator...a few hundred dollars for 2000 watts, which should run a refrigerator OR TV plus computer OR sump pump OR washer...but not all.

1. Check your circuit breaker. 2. Call your electric company immediately to keep your service restored. If it is a widespread problem, they may not know about it. If it just you, they still need to come out and fix it.

i lost power during a recent tornado, i had a generator , I was able to plug in all my appliances and a t,v. ,so that generator was the best 400 I ever spent.

Phone your electricity supplier up if you have the receipt of the last payment then give them the reference number from it. If you have paid then they can trace this number and connect you back up.
