Yes, mine is inspired by the best answer so far:
You'll first have to calculate the total surface area of Moscow in Metres - this is an easy Area of a Circle with known radius question.
Then calculate the Average height of all the buildings taking into account the Total surface area of non-building areas including parks, canals, streets, memorials,.... Then Average the Weight of Building Materials per cubic meter (using a weighted average involving all the building materials in use and involving the many contents of these buildings).
Also, for the non-buildings component, an average of the size and weight of all other structures is required. After all, even the sewer pipes and all the cables are man-made, and 99% of the trees, bushes and garden flowers, the traffic poles,.... .
So you Minus the Streets from the Total Surface area, Times it by the height then times it by the average Weight. Then you add on the non-buildings component, where you also had an estimation.
Then stir vigorously, put all this in the oven for, say, 35 minutes, and there you have it.

Moscow can refer to the following locations:
1 Moscow, Russia - a very large city.
2 Moscow, USA - a city in Tennessee
3 Moscow, Scotland - a hamlet in
East Ayrshire,
The man-made strictures in Number 3 will weigh considerably less than those in either
Number 1 or Number2
