We had no problem at all.

Cancled the account with BT and within 2 weeks we are up ad running on TALK TALK.

Everything came through and it was easy to set up.

What you have to remember is . TALK TALK are offering everyone broadband for FREE!!!!

this means the demand for this is massive.

No other company has matched this offer so far.

My friends and I have Talk Talk, no CD came through the post to any of them as they said it would but after numberous calls they gave up and I installed it manually using the username & password they sent previously. Also, they sent my friend a modem that she didn't want to purchase (there's been no bill for it so we are keeping it).

I'm in the middle of getting it but they've rung me to say they need a MAK number or something from my existing BB provider. I've just moved into the property and only had the phone on for 2 months previously so there's never been any other provider. I'm now thinking that Talk Talk was a bad idea.

I have free broadband from Talk Talk as I am in the right area. After I signed up for it, I found out lots of people were complaining about their poor service, but luckily for me everything went smoothly.
