3x[6^2+(9/9)]

But the answer above is much better because it doesn't involve squaring anything...

The first answer is wrong - -3+6*(9+9)=105, not 111. It should be 3+6*(9+9)=111

3 + [6(9 + 9)] = 3 + (6)(18)
= 3 + 108
= 111
You answer is 3 + [6(9 + 9)]
