Subconsciously, I suppose I do. The two often go hand in hand. I just focus on the new page.

"Old things are passed away, behold all things are become new"

No. I can look over at the pages that are behind me and see what got me where I am. I don't need to rehash them, but it's satisfying to know that I didn't arrive at this point by luck or an accident because I can see the foundation that I built.

Is this another question for Mark Foley? When he turns over a new page, the old one photographs it.

To quote Morpheus

"I tear that page out and smoke it with the finest combustible compostables"

It might have been Ichi that said that actually...

To quote Morpheus "We are where we are today not bc of the path that lies before us but bc of the path that lies behind us." The things that have happened in the past have made you who you are today. If it's traumatic and painful, maybe it is best to forget. I, however, believe that whatever I have been through has made me a better stronger person. Why forget the things that have made you the person you are today?

No I don't. I don't do bridges either. A new day is a new page, and all days before are memories. Whether good or bad it's what makes me me.

No, I look back on the old one from time to time and either sigh or wince.

Not only do I tear it out, but I hold a little ritual fire and I burn it! I've always been that way :)
