sure I'll give it a shot! LOL
ok spread your legs apart to width of your shoulders, raise your arms straight up in the air and swing them in a circular motion kinda like a hellicoptor. Now follow the motion of your arms with your hips so that both your arms and your hips are swinging in a circle. It looks really cool once you get it right and if you want as you do that you can move your feet so that your whole body goes in a circle! whish I had pics to show you. . .maybe I van get some to you! Hope that helped! LOL

stand with your feet apart with the space of one foot between them
lift your right arm across your body as if reaching for something on the horison past your left shoulder
put your head level with your arm looking under it
then 'twist' through your under arm
let your arm fall behind you
and return to start with arms by your side
this is the simplest move i know and if you can make you whole body follow each movement it can look great with practice
