CR England is a family run company, with good equipment. I may be a little biased, but I don't know of any "bad" companies in the top 100 carriers. Let me tell you a secret of the trucking business: you will always get back more then you put it. Some folks just don't want to put anything into their career. The key thing is, was, and will be "communication." Recruiters, trainers, dispatchers, shippers and recievers, law enforcement folks, etc. etc. cannot read your mind. Keep asking questions and you will get there. But you have to know where there is.
This is an up and down business. Its your decision if you want to stay up or down. The real question is, am I going be be a good or bad driver? Good = hard work. Bad = all the shortcuts folks are happy to teach you.
Good luck or better yet, make your own luck!
