This site has step by step moves for tango, but I think it's probably much easier and more fun to learn at a class, where you can see the steps and copy them.

They have short instructional videos for all ballroom dances. They also have a listing for dance studios - you should look into taking dance lessons. It is hardly possible to learn from the written instructions/videos.
