In Ohio we have a program for disabled folks that is called The Lifeline program. It's residential phone service that has very limited features and only disabled folks qualify for it. You must get a doctor to fill out a form saying it's medically neccesary for you to have phone service. I was wondering if there is a similar deal for internet service in Licking County Ohio?

I live in CA, and there are programs for disabled or low-income people for:
cable
phone
gas & electric
So I would say, call them to find out. You probably have it.
