Is it OK if a girl has very small nipples?

My best friend has very tiny nipples and she says they are in nice brown colour but less than even 2-3 mm above the breast. She is wondering whether it is ok and will she be able to feed babies (may be her boy friend) properly.

This question sounds silly, though i can understanf her concerns. how old is this girl? Is she still at puberty or a teenager? Then there is nothing to worry about. She is still developing. Nipples are designed to have lactiferous ducts connected to the main breast tissue and will definitely produce milk. Simple! She should see her gynecologist when she is ready to become a wife/mother.

I am also a girl and can tell something about that. This thing is very common among girls to have small nipples. If the girl is less than 17 or 18 years of age, then there is nothing to worry about. But if 20+ then its a big issue. Sometime a girl may need surgery.
To avoid it, go in for sexual intercourse. Sex leads to harmonal change in the body which helps in increase of the size of breast as well as nipples.

She will be fine. I have seen women with next to no breasts and the smallest nipples you could imagine feed babies. When they need to work, they will. Tell her it's ok. If we all looked the same, this would be a very boring world.

Yes that is okay. When you become pregnant your nipples actually become larger and your breasts fuller. Though the hole that the milk goes through is really really tiny anyway. So she has nothing to worry about. Good luck.
