work entails receiving calls for different sections of hospital department,any enquires to be answered ,leave a note for doctors when they were out,taking appointments for patients for a specific docs

To meet the visitors and guide them to respective patients and to guide the patients towards respective doctors. and to guide the visiting doctors to respective departments.
