fashion designers set everything...wot they think is the new fashion. also then celebes wear them and that gets the fans wearing the same and so on
it is quite intereseting if u think of it
i would like to ask a designer about that

Fashion trends are set mostly by fashion designers. They try to make new styles,new colour combinations,diffrent accesories that apeal people especially youngsters, who are always in search of new and diffrent things to make themselves look diffrent. Media also play a very strong role in fashion trends.

Make ur own style that noone will copy then ul set a trend for eg rock chic
