I think perhaps it belongs to a person who has moved on in life. receipts for the madonna album should clue that in and if they eat at pizza hut and still have 23.75 in the wallet then, it is defintley a old wallet.
Or someone who does not get out much with a condom that expired in 1998. hey I didn't know condoms had expiration dates. that is just wrong now and sad.
