People in the parking places intensionally damage the car painting by scratching the paint. Is there any solution to attend these problems which really spoil the overall look of your car.

There is a company here in Australia who make a car polish in co-lours to cover those annoying little scratches it is called Kitten wax and maybe available or it equivalent in your country try the Auto accessories shops

There are product for do it youselfers, there are body shop for this thigs and then there are so called detailers.
If you know of the detailers in your area it will be the cheaper then body shope. The detailers use the same types of product that do it yourselfer use.

I understand there is a teflon coating available for new cars, which might perhaps solve this problem.

get a "cut & polish", and "detail", will fix the problem, "till next time". good luck.
