Do a proposal on the type of NGO you want to offer the public, whether health or provision of food.

Get to the registrars, and make it legal by registering it.

offer your proposal to any organisation, either religion or political. preferably your government.

also direct it to any reputable profit organisation for assistance.

Lastly forward a copy to USAID (United States Agency for International Development). I am sure something will be done on it.
