looking for cheap airlines that fly from Brisbane Australia to Manila in the Philippines. Whether fly domestic to another airport like, Darwin then on to Manila, or fly to another country then to Manila, any help will be appriciated.

It really is a matter of shopping around. You may get a good deal on Qantas,PAL or Singapore airlines or you may find it cheaper to get the cheapest flight you can to Singapore or KL and then get a Tiger airways (Singapore) or Air Asia (Kuala Lumpur) flight from there.
There are no flights from Darwin to Manila but Tiger airways has cheap flights to Singapore from there but after adding the Australian domestic flight it probably wouldn't be worth it.
I believe Jetsar is starting Australia-Manila flights but I am not sure of when.

There's a direct flight from Brisbane to Manila via Philippine airlines or Singapore airline. Ask for travel agency in Brisbane, they have special or promo rate but it depends on the season.
