Bubbly? Soitenly, if you're referring to the kind of poisonous substances that are bubbling in crappy sci-fi movies.

Yes, I am a "bubbly" person, and unless you consider a neat size 10 fat (which I don't) - then, no, I'm not on the fat side!!
Well, I am at the moment, but it doesn't count, cos I''m 4 months pregnant - and I was called bubbly before I had my baby tummy...

I should hope my friends wouldn't call me bubbly in the 'happy' definition of the word! As far as the fat side goes....well you'd have to ask my doctor for his professional opinion on that one, I have no idea what the 'average' is these days.....

I have never even come close to being fat in my life. Would my butt count? However, I have been told that I have a bubbly personality.
