I'm giving it to Thor for one simple reason. I am pretty sure that Thor could take Sonya easily. Raiden seems to have a hard time fighting those thighs.

Thor, Raiden can be killed a lot easier then Thor and lighting attacks don't work on either, but Thor can do more with his hammer then Raiden can.

Well i think that their powers would negate each other so it would be down to weapons, and although raiden is quite the awesomeness his long pole is no match for thor's warhammer.

thor, raiden gets his *** kicked by regular joes.
Thor in mortal kombat would be unfair as it would be like one hit would take off all the energy of the next ten characters you play.
