Some roller blinds are stuck onto the tube at the top with double sided tape. It is possible to peel blinds off and soak them in the bath. If they have braid on the bottom this will come off but is easily re-fixed with Bostik All Purpose glue. You may need to buy a roll of double sided tape to put over the old tape so you can re-fix blinds when dry. If blinds are on metal tubes you will have to hang them complete on the washing line and sponge them. Blinds will go limp when wet but will regain stiffness when dry. If creased, iron blinds with cloth between so iron doesn't stick to finish on blinds.

If the blinds are especially dirty, it will be best to begin with a thorough vacuuming to remove the surface dirt.
Remove the blinds from the roller and carefully lay them flat on the floor.
Use the brush attachment on the vacuum to gently brush over the surface and vacuum away any loose dirt, dead bugs, etc.
Next, fill the bathtub about half full of warm water.
Add some laundry detergent to the water and mix together until a few suds begin to form on the surface. If the blinds are white, a small amount of bleach can be added to the water as well.
Next, carefully lay the blinds in the tub. If the blinds are long, it is okay to loosely layer them in an accordion fashion.

Steam cleaner!
If you havn't got a steam cleaner it may be worth purchasing one. You can use them on all sorts of things around the house. Not only can you clean your roller blinds but items of clothing that require dry cleaning can be cleaned in this way saving you money.

I wouldn't try it as they are stiffened to hold their shape. I think you can buy a product to wipe them, but if you wet them they may be ruined. Try on an unseen part of the blind before doing the whole thing.

Good question you have asked. It only depends on your blind whether it's made of fabric or wood. Yes, it can wash with wet cloth.

Good question, one I'd been thinking about myself. Thinking about I would take it down and immerse it in the bath with a gentle detergent and lightly rub, rinse then empty the bath and upend it to dry then put it up again.

The roller blinds are used as insulators or help control glare and temperature inside a room or house. Roller blind can be placed in your little home clinic. And if that is so, you have to choose fabrics with antibacterial properties. For office areas or for rooms with high solar performance entry, you may opt for one hundred percent polyester fabrics that are suitable to protect PCs and or suitable for office rooms to deflect maximum heat and light. The fabric you should choose should also contain UV inhibitors that will provide long lasting color retention.
