Iraq, Vietnam, Tax cuts to the wealthy, Tax cuts to oil companies while they gouged people in the US at the pumps, violating the Constitution in many areas, including no oversight of money appropriated for Iraq, which is required:

ART 10 "No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time."

The illegal invasion of Iraq was there biggest mistake. You can see the consequences of this invasion by the number of body bags everyday.

BTW do people forget that japan KILLED alot of americans? Not to mention tortured them? So yeah I don't think we did the war crimes here...
