Question

here is the problem.I coninuously recive messages from OuterInfo (Microsoft) .It appears all the time, and some commercials like download Poker.How can I stop this. It appears the following also:Server busy.........and there 2 options at the bottom of the window :switch to and retry.WHat's the deal , I cannot trn off these things.Thanks

first do you have a antivirus, antispyware, firewall on your computer. You have to get them if you do not already have, then you will not have this problem.

If you use a registry editor program like regscrubXP then find the entry of OuterInfo in it and remove it, then the trouble will automatically go away. You can also use ccleaner for that purpose
