I go slowly, to make sure that I am not deceiving myself by seeing something in them I want to see, but really isn't there, and to make sure they are sincerely worth my attentions.
I just act normally, like myself, although I may give compliments on occasion to give them approval for good deeds.

I use to see this guy ( we are dating now) and the way i made him ask me out was when I talk to him and share interested and also make him laugh, since guys loved a fun out going girl..
but since than I never show any other guy i liked him..

Usually, i just show an interest in who they are and what they like...
I do this by talking to them... just getting to know them.

I make eye contact with them, I make sure that they know I am paying attention to them. Laugh at their jokes, nodd understandingly, ask questions about them. I make it all about them.
