I dont know what you mean?? Do you mean leaving the sperm inside after sex??
yeah well this is the best thing to do, once the man has ejaculated inside, you should lie on the bed, and put a pillow or two under your hips so that your hips are sitting at a higher level. Let gravity take its course naturally.
I wasnt doing anything like this, but as soon as I did I feel pregnant the next month,
I am now 14 weeks.

Pls dont 'leave the sperm inside' (that's the weirdest formulation I have ever heard for ejaculation) It doesnt sound like you are ready to have a baby....and this is how they are made-congratulations on your marriage

only if your looking to have a child in the near future.best bet do like i do hit cvs buy a couple packages of spermicide ,there good for 2-3 hours before sex depending on the brand. it helps me enjoy myself a lot better,when i don't have to worry about labor pains .

just leave the sperm inside.. u sure ur ready to have a baby already? if not, spurt it out immediately. stay safe if u think ur not prepared yet...gud luck and hav fun!

hay do sex before 2-3 days of ur period. & entry man harmons in ur body threw sex point. then u will become preg.

if wanna child u both partner need to be exicted & ready that u need a chid
when u will have sex need to know that u will both satisfy each other Dont fear there both need to have orgasm at same time
