because usually popular things are beautiful and pricey so we wear them to gain respect or something like that. nothing wrong with that...

simple, the human urge to fit in. being in popular style means that you're part of the "in" group. it's part of nature to belong.

we wear pupluar things as we feel one with the people who wear them too ... its like getting the feeling of acceptance within people ...
