Common Sense is a misnomer. If it were so common, the majority would have it. And respect is earned, not handed out like Halloween candy. I have met many 'Elders' that deserved NONE!!!! Hence they received NONE!!!! Those that earn it, get it. Everybody else receives basic civility and nothing more. <---My opinion, not many others me thinks.

I think that people have been asking these questions of eachother since the beginning of time... it's not just now a days.

They were always very dumb, infact even dumber than now. Remember the witch hunts etc.
It just that some people have gotten smart, and the rest appear to be getting dumb when infact its an illusion. :)

People havent changed that much..................maybe too much television, lack of real life role models, early loss of innocence through the media & relaxed censorship, working too hard to take an active role in parenting.................etc

the world is turning around.....im sure when u mention ppl stupid...well not all ppl is stupid..they r all kinds of human being.....out there ...so i think the word stupid is generalising..
i experience tht too cos sometimes i feel the person we meet turn us in how we act.especially if u r the kind who is easily influenced.
