No matter what i do... i can't fall asleep.

My mind is racing.

sometimes my mind would be on over drive, always thinking and never stopping, which keeps me from falling asleep often. my mind is always thinking and theres no way i can seem to controle it! kinda ticks me off!!

More often than not, I am a restless person in general, especially at this time of year. When that happens, I find anything to do, even if it's just to read a magazine :)

Going through it right now. When it gets really bad, I'll read through the teeny bopper Q & A's. Takes a while, but will usually lull me to a point that I can fall asleep. Bourbon helps too-sometimes.

Oh yeah........
I've been suffering like that for a t least 10 days now...
I get up from bed & walk allover the house so Maybe i'll get tired & finally sleep yet it doesn't happen....
The trick is 2 listen 2 soft music so ur mind will focus on it & maybe u'll sleep...
It works for me sometimes....

Yes. I think so hard about things sometimes that I can't rest. I usually end up passing out from sheer exhaustion and it sucks. Try some hits off a j or have sex , sometimes that helps.

Yes,when Im overtired.A hot chocolate and a read of a magazine or good book helps me.

You mean like right now? At 2AM when I should be sleeping because my kids are going to wake me up at 7AM and want breakfast? I don't know what's wrong with me?!
