Northwest Philadelphia/Fairmount Park...I was told by a woman working at the RittenhouseTown gift shop...?

Question

...that the second floors of several of the historic houses/buildings there on the RittenhouseTown property are converted apartments rented out to the public. She wasn't sure who I should call regarding renting one of these house apartments.

1. Does anyone know if what this woman told me is correct?
2. Where are the For Rent ads published for these properties, Fairmount Park Commission? City of Philadelphia? Friends of the Wissahickon?
