if you mean a picture from a website:

right-click, select 'save picture as', browse for location and hit 'save'.

if it won't let you save (for example, some for copyright issues), there's a workaround: hit the PrintScreen key, open Paint, paste, crop and save. better save in jpg format, bmp is toooo big.
