It is called infatuation. You found your cousin similar to your dream girl and then when you came to know that she already had a bf, you were hurt that she will not even give you a second thought and perhaps was thinking about her bf when she was with you. Well, it happens sometimes but we need to let go. All you have to do is to have a more active social life where you have interaction with people from both the sexes, so that you can understand more how these relationships work. Not a big thing though. It will go away. Trust me.

I do not know your age, nationality, religion or community but still I feel this is wrong. You have certain feelings for your cousine who laready had a boyfriend. Where as the first part of the issue has incestual implications becuase of the relationship, the second one has to do with values because of the fact that you are trying to barge in and sabotage an existing relationship.
You better get out of it...

When people care and they find out unexpected news it takes time for them to get over the unexpected news and the person.
Time is on your side and it takes time.
Keep a funny story book or two on hand and start reading them and I guaranty you that it will help. Best thing you can do is keep yourself occupied.
