Kimber and Matt dumped the bomb shells that they were married and that she is pregnant on Shawn and Christian. She wanted her implants removed so she could nurse the baby. Christian agreed to the surgery but he suspected the baby was his. During the surgery he performed an unauthorized amneosynthesis to get a dna sample to prove paternity. The anesthesiologist told him she would tell Kimber. He told Matt. And when the results came back it appears that Matt is the father.

Meanwhile Shawn painted over Marlo's mural for sleeping with Julia. He went to tell him that and to let marlo know that he knew about the affair. Marlo lied to him and told Shawn that he never slept with Julia, but; she later told Shawn that she did just that. They seemed to get hot and heavy right after the confession.

Marvin, the plastic surgeon from season two who nearly cut off Christian's face came to black mail him into doing a rectal surgery on him. Marvin, had just been released from prison for his illegal surgeries and was raped repeatedly. He said his lover told him about what the boys did in the everglades. It lover was Escobar, the drug dealer who had them remove cocaine from women's breasts. He had one of his men killed in their care and they disposed of the body but he knew where. At any rate Escobar needed surgery too to fix his face. It had been burned off. Christian did the surgery on Marvin first in which Marvin warned him about Kimber. Later the boys were doing the surgery on Escobar when Marvin screwed with the anesthesia. He tried to kill Escobar but Shawn hit him and the guards grabbed him. After the surgery the brother of the dead guy cam e to get Escobar and they killed the guards.

Shawn who had been hallucenating that Escobar was his conscience found himself talking to him in Shawn's house. Escobar was there to tell him that he was free for fixing his face back to what it was. He killed the brother who killed the man in Shawn's office and left him on Shawn's sofa. He also told Shawn he should come clean with Julia about his own affair. Shawn did just that after he called the police to get rid of the body.

NOTE: In one of the last episodes with escobar he made the boys do a kidney removal. Don't be surprised if Escobar will have something to do with James and her girls before the season is over. He won't take kindly to the Japanese moving in on his territory.
