Seamless means there are no seams in it. Seams are where multiple pieces of fabric are sewn together. Therefore they are made out of one piece of fabric. The advantages are no uncomfortable seams running against you.

I work in a retail store & most of are stuff are lingerie. Seamless underwears are mostlikely made of nylon & spandex material. Some of them they call it matte. Seamless underwear are very useful when ur wearing a dress so other people can`t see the lining. Well i wear them when im wearing a dress cuz i think it looks ugly if i don`t wear something seamless cuz people will notice a bump or a line on my butt which is the lining of the underwear that im wearing.

...but, being 90% nylon, it doesn't breathe so makes you hot and sweaty, and organisms you don't want can grow! Go for cotton

it's 10% cotton and 90% nylon...you wear it so that the panty-line doesn't show...
