Yes its on the left side of YAHOO main page, just below the trade mark of Yahoo. You please click it you will be taken to TIME CAPSULE page, being Yahoo member you can enter your entry in many topics available, such as sorrow,beauty, life, fun, etc.,

It's a project of yahoo & comming soon in 200 countries just scarch on the "google.com" u find out what it is
