Heath Ledger is another one of those wonderfully talented blokes that make me sick (j/k). Any role he takes he makes his own. While I'm skeptical about the whole joker thing, I think he'll do an excellent job with the role.

Of course, it's hard to put a new face to a character that Jack Nicholson did so well. Heath's got some pretty big clown shoes to fill!

It's hard to see why Heath Ledger got cast as the joker. I agree that Jack did a great job of it years ago but maybe Heath will have a different interpretation of the Joker. Hmmm well let's hope so.

I think he'll do a pretty decent job. At worst, he'll be tons better than Jim Carrey (who acted like he was the Joker instead of the Riddler).

He is going to do a horrible job. It isn't a remake though.

aaron, you can't really say for sure he will do a horrible job, he is a decent actor... and batman begins was really good. it depends how you like it, big and cartooney like the original or dark like the comics...
