I believe that what you mean to say is that Man occasionally does not consider physics in all of his actions and thoughts - and that physics has no regard to Man's perspective of things.
And personally, yes I agree.
Man is emotional and passionate and does not think, for example, of how many simulatenous motions his body is enduring at that very moment, due to physics. (earth rotation, Solar System drift, Galaxy spiral, intergalatic drift).
Physics does not "care" about man's perspective. For example, man has ALWAYS wanted to find a way to perform time travel.
Which we know, can *never* happen.

How can physics imagine anything? It's a bunch of mathematical facts and figures, not a creature that can imagine!
