i am 8 months pregnant and breasts are leaking white things,left one is leaking more than right one,what r these and what to do now?my breasts ara painful too

This happens. Your breasts are getting ready to produce milk. DO you plan on breast feeding? I hope so, because it is healthest for your baby.

You think your leaking now, wait till you actually give birth and you real milk comes in! Right now it's just colostrum, not milk. It's the nutrient enriched mother's milk that is for your newborn until you milk comes in after childbirth. You can buy pads for inside your bra to soak up the leakage.

That's your colostrum. it is liquid gold for your baby, providing a natural immunity and food source until your milk comes in. Your body won't be triggered to make actual milk until a day or 5 after the babe is born.

just milk .. my did that at 4 months.. then after giving birth I had enough milk to supply a town of babies.. don't worry it's perfectly normal

if its kinda thick fluid then its collustrum, thats what you produce first when you start to lactate
