Oh I hated those endless comments!
When the hundredth jackass asked "you must be due any day right?" or maybe it was "haven't you had that baby yet?" I just said "what baby?!!" and kept walking, giggling my butt off.
When friends and family comment on how "huge" you are try saying "well at least it's a baby, and not fat". This is particularly satisfying if the rude person is overweight, they realize that they were out of line real quick, haha. Or if you know the person well (and they won't think it's true) say "yeah I am huge! Must be all the beer...."
There is always that one person that says the same dumb thing everytime you see them right? Eventually I said something like "Do you have some kind of problem? you seem fixated on my pregnancy. you're having a tough time with this, are you sure you're ok?"

I am 36 weeks and I am feeling your pain b/c I am normal also. I always say that it was really nice of them to tell that I look fat and how it really boast my self esteem. That usually makes people feel bad. Or look at me 36 weeks pregnant and still skinner than you'll ever be. My favorite one is "Do you know what your having?" I told one lady 4 puppies, 1 rabbit, 2 kitten, 9 birds, and 3 fish and another lady a baby. I'll make a deal with you if you break my water for me I'll break yours...I am sure that you are just as miserable as I am:)

I wouldn't worry about it, be proud of your belly!
A comment I got while pregnant with my middle son was, "Oh my god you're huge, what are you having, a baby elephant?!" I didn't let it bother me. Meanwhile, I ended up having a 10 lb., 23 inch baby boy!!

You can always tell people your not big you just stuff a pillow in there so you get good parking. Or just tell them that your just giving your baby extra room so you can still have control of your bladder.

"Thank heaven I'm not as big as you."
"No, I'm not having twins, but you look a little swollen yourself."
"So are you! Are you sure you're not the pregnant one?

"F&@k off!?!?!? Are you serious??!?!? And I thought I was LOSING weight! F#&king Jenny Craig!"
OR
very sarcastically. "yes, Actually, that is a very common sign in human gestation, especially in the third trimester. You are such an observant one, aren't you?"
