This is the cheapest way to change your name and it's FREE! Its sounds too good to be true, but all you have to do is start using your "new" name and after 7 years, guess what? LEGALLY it is your name! I've done this as well as several others who know it to be true.

go to the state/provincial offices and get the papers, fill them out, pay the fees and get on with it.
