Yes, you should have got it when you bought the game, they may have forgotten to put it in the box they did that to me when I got it as a present for christmas, I had to call the dumb people at EA games and it took me like 4 hours to get through because the line was busy, then they wanted me to pay for there mistake for a new serial number but after talking to them for like an hour about how they srewed up they sent it to me which took like 3 weeks.
There should be a number to call in the manual to order a new serial number, they cost like $3 dollars.

Get the mIRC program (www.mirc.com) logon to irc.prison.net
join the #cracks channel and then search for the serial in there. guaranteed to find it there.
