Realize that they didn't leave you because of something about you, they left because of something about them, and there's no way you'll ever find out what that is, and even if you did it wouldn't mean anything to you because no one else can tell you who you are. You have to decide for yourself who you are. Everything that made them leave you is something you don't want to be around ever, and something to avoid in the future, so instead search for someone like you, go after them, and there, with that truly wonderful person, who compliment's your goals and values, you'll find real happiness.

Hi, it's so hard to find answers that work for this one -the pain can be sooo intense...from my own experiences and anecdotal ones of others- heartbreak pain can last up to and beyond 4 years. Sounds heavy doesn't it? But there is hope- you do get over it- the best way is at 1st. let yourself feel the pain and go thru the grief of it...It can come back in waves but each time should be a little less intense and shorter in length.(keeping a journal will prove it to you and help you heal too) 2nd.Getting busy-"action is the enemy of thought" helps greatly. When you are ready 3rd...meeting someone new and falling in love again is one of the best cures but may not work if you aren't mostly over it-rebound love can hurt everyone. Hope this helps..oh and one more thing..dont listen to sad love songs whilst driving- the tears blind you and make your driving hazardous. wry lol.. warm wishes ,honey.

dont ever forget, especially if there influence was a positive. just open your eyes. my eyes work and hi, how r ya. but for some reason, they just dont see mmmmmmmuch lol funny but it wasnt neccessary, but nice way to get someone chitty-chitty-bang-bang'en again. i somehow got stuck thinking of people i um respected and admired, and for some reason, the darned pandora's box flooded my head with constant thoughts of these people, but the plus was that i got off my behind and living instead of crying. just i spent my time yrs ago when i became a father. now its all i can do sometimes just to be coherent and not stircrazy, but acceppting of my role and darn proud.
love does not need reciprocation, it only needs a moment from you.fte
