Please try to answer this quesion without bias. I voted yesterday but I am an undeclared voter. I was asked which party I was and I said What's the difference? and the guy behind me almost choked. So can someone tell me what each party is and what it stands for. And what the heck is the green/rainbow party? Where did they come from?

Here's a really simplified quiz to see if you're fiscally a republican or democrat.
Let's say there are three friends: John, Mike, Bill. John needs $20, and he asks the other two guys for money. Mike is rich and gives him $15. Bill is poor and gives him $5.
John later decides he doesn't need the $20 anymore. How should he return the money?
If you're Republican, you believe John should give back the original $15 back to Mike and $5 back to Bill.
If you're Democrat, you believe John should give back $10 evenly to both guys, or all of it to Bill since he needs the money more.
As for the social differences between the parties, Democrats tend to be more concerned about political correctness and respecting each other's liberty/rights, while Republicans emphasize tradition/individual freedom.
It's much more complicated than that, but I tried to sum it up as best as i can.

Does not matter ! They are all crooks, But I think that maybe the Republicans are a Little taller !

They're all politicians to me - two sides of the same coin.
Traditionally, Republicans are more conservative and Democrats are more liberal.

Republicans don't like change compared to what society was like about one generation ago. Democrats do like change away from what society was like a generation ago. That is about as simple as I can make it.

republicans are selfish and don't want to give it to terrorists and illegals. Democrats want to give it a way and pay them to take it.
