I'd make Harvard my 1st choice. Yale, Princeton, and Stanford would be close runners-up, in that order.

Actually, it depends on what you are going into.
All 4 are top tier Ivy Leagues. Harvard by far is the most prestigious. But between the 4, there should be no significant difference; they are all top tier, they are all good. It just depends on what school offers better programs
For example, Harvard offers excellent arts programs, such as Law, Literature, etc. (Harvard Law school is the best in the world. The current New York Times editor graduated from Harvard as well) while Princeton offers interesting Computer Science courses (To my knowledge, Google was born from the dorms of Princeton. Of course I'm being skeptical, but Princeton is renowned for their excellence in computer sciences. )

Can't say I've ever visited the first 3 schools (though I know people who went there), but Stanford's a great environment for learning and meeting people, plus it's a relaxed atmosphere.
