It depends on whether it's a heavy flow or not. If it's heavy then we often feel it coming out...sometimes in blood clumps. Eww, I know but we have to live with it.

I have not felt mine since I have started on birthcontrol. I know the day of the week I will get it and I know the time usually within 5 minutes so I just put one in before hand. I bet you will know its going to come by the cramps owww

Depends if it is heavy or not. Sometimes there are a lot of clots and you can feel those coming out. If the flow is light, then you won't feel it too much.

Well some girls can tell when they're about to start. Some girls can feel it comming out others cant tell until its too late which really sucks.

When young ladies reach that time of the month they start feeling cramps, and they do get a throbbing pain in the vaginal area as blood is gushing out! So they do feel it.

if you are using a pad you can feel it its like you are peeing but from the other hole. If you are using tampons you dont feel anything till its full
